Summary/ Objective
To drive and execute acquisition strategies along with achieving the entity’s main goals. activity rate and market presence through the effective management of the acquisition team, business partners, agents local network and rolling out several marketing activities.
Essential Functions
- Manage all acquisition execution including acquisition strategies and implementation
- Lead the team to drive the merchants acquisition activities by providing analysis on market opportunities, insights on the market dimensions and bestseller use cases that provides smooth and convenient customer experience.
- Measure and monitor the performance of the acquisition team to ensure hitting and exceeding the entity’s products and services set objectives and KPIs
- Working with Small, Mid and Top Tier firms – building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working alongside the Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless buying and implementation process
- Developing trust and credibility with the decision maker, key stakeholders and the wider team
- Ensuring the value and credibility of lead quality
- Collaborate with support departments, including Operations and Risk, to ensure smooth merchant onboarding that adheres to established processes, policies, and compliance requirements. This ensures risk mitigation and operational efficiency throughout the onboarding journey.

Preferred Education and Experience
- +10 years of demonstrated sales experience in the Fintech vertical.
- Bachelor degree in relevant field.
