Summary
Monitor, participate in, and improve the Integration experience of PayTabs Merchants
Essential Functions
- Maintain plugins using available APIs
- Reproduce reported issues and troubleshoot them
- Maintain integration documents, guides
- Report, track/follow up and escalate recurring issues
- Work with development team for quick and efficient resolution of issues
- Coordinate with merchants to provide appropriate feedback on issues
- Integrate available payment solutions on merchant’s environment
- Perform necessary test on merchant website or plugins to ensure proper functioning
- Monitors, plans and assigns shifts and helps the Integration Support Engineers in multiple locations
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the line manager
Competencies
- Software Development experience preferably in PHP
- Strong understanding of web-based applications and technologies
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms – Magento, Open Cart, WooCommerce etc
- Proficient in using issue tracking tools like Jira, Redmine, etc
- Proficient in using version control systems like Git, SVN etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior experience working in distributed teams, that operate 24 x 7 x 365

Travel
As needed to get trained and also to train others
Preferred Education and Experience
- A BS Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline
- Software Development and Team Management experience
