Summary/ Objective
As PayTabs UAE HR Generalist you will run the daily functions of the HR department including personnel & HR operations, HR system, enforcing company policies and practices, employee learning and development, new hires onboarding and orientation.
Essential Functions
- Maintaining physical and digital records for all employee records
- Handle the daily HR operations
- Managing the onboarding, offboarding of the employees
- Implement the orientation plan for the new hires
- Assisting in implementation of human resource policies
- Enroll employees in the medical & life insurance plans
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with outside vendors and suppliers
- Screening CVs and managing the hiring process
- Schedule training programs for Paytabs employees
- Sustain team engagement activities and programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Preferred Education and Experience
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other equivalent degree.
- Very good command in English
Competencies
- Strong know-how and knowledge of the UAE Labor Law terms and conditions is a must.
- Knowledgeable with principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- The ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
- The ability to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
- Organized, accurate and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and to be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
