Relationship Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/ Objective

To work closely with clients/merchants to help them make the right decisions with their account. As well as upsell and cross-sell of PayTabs services. The role also includes to support the client on business decisions and technical issues with the objective of increasing online transactions to fulfill PayTabs main goal.

Essential Functions

  1. Enforce plans that will help meet the needs of client and their requirements
  2. Support the merchant by increasing the number of transactions
  3. Working with Small and Mid-Tier firms – building strong relationships with key
  4. Conduct training on PayTabs services to merchants and partners
  5. Present weekly and monthly report on merchant transaction activity
  6. Approaching new merchants to the Acquisition team

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day and abroad for global team meetings or international events, summits or other activities

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. 1 to 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the Fintech
  2. Bachelor degree in relevant
