Summary/ Objective
The SMBs Executive is responsible for managing the process of attracting and converting leads into customers through various inbound marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization, and more. The main objective of an inbound executive is to increase the quantity and quality of leads generated through inbound marketing strategies, while also optimizing the conversion process to turn those leads into paying customers.
Essential Functions
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement in the lead conversion process.
- Ability to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the quality of inbound leads.
- Ability to work closely with other teams, such Underwriting, Activation, and sales teams, to ensure a cohesive inbound strategy. This includes sharing data, insights, and providing support as needed.
- Knowledgeable about the latest trends and best practices in inbound marketing. They should be able to identify emerging opportunities and incorporate them into their strategies to improve performance.
- Ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain calm.
- Personable and friendly tone of voice
- Team player 9. Ability to follow scripts.
- Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager
