Sr. SMBs Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/ Objective

To acquire new merchants with the focus to retain them and maintain good relationship with them.

Essential Functions

  • Execute assigned acquisition plan and strategic direction to not only fulfill the required KPI but also to exceed
  • Acquire new merchants by using different communication tools (digital and offline)
  • Generate lead, tasks and activities on CRM
  • Develop and increase business by following up on potential merchants with face to face presentations and meetings with clients
  • Meeting merchants and negotiating terms of contract
  • Provide regular detailed activity reports and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
  • Supervise over the SMBs team performance, in terms of daily activities and assigned schedule.

  5. Pre-sales and post-sales support

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

These are full-time positions, and regular hours of work and days are Sunday through Thursday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM; however, this position can regularly require long hours and frequent weekend work.

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day and abroad for global team meetings or international events, summits or other activities

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. +3 years of demonstrated sales in the Fintech
  2. Bachelor degree in Marketing or relevant subject
  3. Proactive and confident attitude, able to work individually and as a team
  4. Entrepreneur mindset, result oriented, methodical and structured
